How does your working day look like ...

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the Head Office Revenue Management department
  • Professional leadership and support of the onproperty Revenue Managers in international markets and / or franchise operations
  • Analysis and evaluation of rooms revenue performances and forecasts
  • Regular reporting to the VP Revenue Management on revenue performance including detailed analysis and recommendations for action
  • Strategic planning of annual budgets for existing and new hotels
  • Analysis of market trends competitor activities and historical pricing data to maximize room revenue.
  • Development and implementation of best practice processes and organizational structures
  • Development implementation and monitoring of communication and reporting processes between head office and hotels
  • Recruiting coaching and developing employees

Qualifications :

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

  • A passion for the hotel industry and a desire to support the global expansion of 25hours
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position preferably with a focus on revenue management
  • A sense of responsibility empathy and the ability to keep an overview
  • Enjoy working independently and across departments in a team
  • Solutionoriented and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent German and English is a must other languages are an asset
  • You not only bring your skills but also your character
