Exasol is seeking Director of Partner Management who will build and promote the Exasol company position as a leader in the data and analytics market, specifically through the SI, Service Provider & VAR community in the territory. You will expand sales with partners by building business plans including MDF strategy, account penetration strategy and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage key Exasol partners, such as SI’s, Consultancies, Service Providers & Resellers.
- 3+ years of experience developing and managing key cloud alliances with AWS, including regional cloud strategy and go-to-market plan, sales team alignment, supporting channel organizations and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and drive the execution of revenue driving programs and initiatives, as well as capacity growth and customer success.
- Provide ongoing sales training and orchestrate delivery of technical training to partners
- Build marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues.
- Partner with Exasol marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within region.
- Provide geographic channel coverage for the region.
- Carry quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Keep Partners updated on sales resources, changes and new developments.
- Manage partner pipelines and work with the sales team to ensure partner sales execution against leads.
- Manage and grow a team of 2 partner managers demonstrating our values on a daily basis.
