About the role

  • Advise business and people managers in all HR matters
  • Regularly cooperate with works councils in co-determination matters, including negotiations of works agreements
  • Participate in (international) projects and reorganizations together with other Shared Service streams
  • Support in M&A and (post-merger) integration projects
  • Enhance digitalization and automation processes within HR environment

About you

  • University degree or similar qualification recommended
  • Several years of professional experience as HR generalist
  • Knowledge of labor law advantageous
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Communication skills and experience in negotiations
  • Confident and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Eagerness to learn, motivation, proactive approach and solution-orientation
  • Very good ability to work in a team
