Minimum of years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail, preferably in luxury, premium, high-end retail, or the juvenile industry. Proven leadership experience in team management, coaching, and development. Strong analytical skills to identify business trends and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance and client experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus. Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong interest in design and fashion. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Inspirational, passionate, energetic, and positive mindset. Flexible, adaptable, and hands-on approach to tasks.

Area of responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver an exceptional premium brand experience.
- Actively monitor consumer satisfaction, drive retail sales growth, and ensure outstanding service levels.
- Implement and evaluate strategies to boost demand and sales, ensuring their effectiveness.
- Develop and execute initiatives to build and grow a vibrant community.
- Drive store activations, including performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements that enhance client experiences and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including loss prevention, anti-diversion, employment and privacy laws, and inventory management.
- Oversee and manage costs, overheads, and all KPIs impacting store profitability.
