Then maybe you belong with us.
We’re searching for a Regional Director of Sales (Northern Europe) in Munich to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.
In this role, you'll be accountable for the development, planning and successful delivery of the sales strategy and revenue targets in your portfolio of edyn properties. You will take commercial responsibility for the B2B sales targets of your portfolio, grow edyn’s market share, sales of room nights and achieve defined B2B revenue. You'll lead a high-performing close to property and on property sales function, responsible for implementation of agreed strategic sales objectives to achieve budgeted B2B revenue targets.
A role less ordinary.
- Define and lead the regional sales strategy for your property portfolio in order to deliver budgeted B2B room nights and revenue
- Develop and maintain individual Sales and Marketing Plans for each property outlining the activity to deliver the budgeted business mix in terms of Length of Stay, local vs global accounts, and proportion of volume through each channel and segment
- Take responsibility for defining account growth and new business targets and coaching your team to develop the plans needed to deliver revenue in line with these
- Visibly lead, manage and develop a highly engaged and high performing regional sales team to develop and deliver the plans needed to grow revenue in line with targets
- Recruit and develop high calibre sales team members who are resilient, tenacious, outcome focused and imbibe our values
- Be the voice of business customers within edyn and develop an in-depth understanding of the sector based on market intelligence and customer insight
- Play a lead role in shaping the future of our business customer products; work with the Distribution, IT and Digital teams to optimise and develop our platforms to win new customers, and improve the customer journey to increase customer retention, conversion to spend and booking frequency
- Guide your team to sell our proposition effectively and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure customers adopt edyn as a preferred supplier via transient programmes, RFP’s and Group and M&E business at property level
