My client's team in Germany is looking to identify suitable professionals for a Project Director & a Construction Director positions to lead engineering, project and construction teams on a multi-billion pharmaceutical EPC project. In this role alongside the construction director, you will co-ordinate with the client team for the successful delivery of this project. We are looking for seasoned managers with vast experience in Large EPC project delivery, specifically in the life sciences / advanced facilities industries, who can coordinate engineering and construction teams & individuals who have specific technical industry knowledge of key systems.

Explore your new duties :

• Oversee project performance comprehensively, encompassing EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), financials, timeliness, and quality for significant EPC projects.
• Serve as the highest point of escalation within the project towards clients, contractors, and the project team in the presence of company management.
• Foster and maintain effective communication and relationships with customers.
• Attend project sites and participate in customer management report meetings.
• Monitor and engage in identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation plans.
• Develop project strategies to achieve both external and internal project goals.
• Act as a visible, optimistic, and supportive role model for project team members, providing guidance and motivation.
