Job Description
Manage and drive the performance of our OEM Partnership Team to maximize profitable growth.
- Deliver annual growth targets, MP overall contribution objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, marketers, and management roles who are accountable for the partnership experience associated with this segment.
- Assist with complex sales negotiations, attend sales presentations, and support manufacturer supply chain partners.
- Use a strong analytical foundation to uncover fresh and innovative insights that identify business opportunities.
- Identify new OEM Partnerships to support sustained growth.
- Cultivate a network of influential contacts at all levels to achieve sales objectives within assigned OEM partners.
- Proactively build and maintain in-depth knowledge of OEM needs, industry trends and competition.
- Build and implement integrated marketing and e-Commerce strategy to support the OEM Manufacturers.
- Cultivate and establish a network of influential contacts with Sr. level executives and decision makers.
- Fully own key performance indicators (KPI’s), P&L, budget and forecasting for OEM products segment.
- Work collaboratively with other areas of the business to achieve company goals.
