As aHead of Distribution at Check Point, you will be responsible forbuilding and leading a dynamic Channel and Distribution teamfocused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions via Partnersand Channels. The role requires a strong understanding ofcybersecurity products (Check Point Products preferred), excellentleadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. You willplay a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customerand partner relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceedssales targets.

KeyResponsibilities

Leadership :

  • Lead,mentor, coach, and motivate a team of Channel and Partner Salesprofessionals.
  • Provide guidance and support toteam members to achieve individual and teamgoals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative teamculture.

SalesStrategy :

  • Develop andimplement effective sales strategies with your Team andChannel / Partner to drive revenuegrowth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team toidentify and pursue new businessopportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends,competitor and partner activities, and market changes to informstrategic decisions.
  • Own German Distributionpartner plan, focusing on growth initiatives such as MSSP programsand Cloud transformation.
  • Collaborate closelywith Check Point’s Global and EMEA MSSP and distribution teams,aligning with the overall strategy and executing localinitiatives.

    • Customer / PartnerRelationshipManagement :

  • Own andagree on Growth business planning with the Channel Team as well asChannel and Distribution partners.
  • Develop andexecute a New Business and New Technology Focus and Plan forStrategic partners.
  • Ensure a high level ofcustomer / partner satisfaction andretention.
  • Track and analyze sales performancemetrics to identify areas forimprovement.
  • Implement measures to enhancesales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare andpresent regular reports on team performance to Sales DirectorCommercial.

    • CoachingandDevelopment :

  • Provideongoing training and coaching to your team on best practices andeffective sales techniques.
  • Identify skillsgaps and implement training programs to addressthem.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learningand development within the team.
  • Work withemployees closely on strategic accountplanning.

    • Qualifications

  • 10+years of experience in Channel Management and / or indirect salesposition in the IT industry.
  • Proven leadershipin Channel / Partner Management and sales and accountacquisition.
  • Proven experience in IT (security)sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets inPartner Business.
  • Good skills in talentmanagement, coaching, andsupervising.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, including with C-Levelexecutives.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT securityproducts and services; Cloud and SASEpreferred.
  • Ability to develop and implementeffective sales and partner / channelstrategies.
  • Business acumen andprocess-driven.
  • Experience in customer andpartner relationship management and businessdevelopment.
  • Willingness to travel up to70%.
  • You can work remotely, with regular visitsto the office on demand.
