Business Central Application Manager – MedTech - Remote Germany – German Speaking - €120-150k

We have just started working with a Med Tech end client at the forefront of the Medical manufacturing industry in Germany and also worldwide. They are a multinational company with entities in every continent. They have grown to over 1000 employees and their main manufacturing and distribution centres are right here in Germany. Founded over 40 years ago, they are one of the most recognised and reputable companies in this field, making this a highly sought after position.

They have brought us in to find them a Dynamics Business Central Manager, that will centralise all of their different companies, locations and systems into the latest version of BC Cloud. This is a highly senior position in the company with a lot of responsibility and so the requirements for the role are as follows :

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Business Central / Navision
• Good technical knowledge and understanding of AL / CAL coding
• Strong communication and team leading skills
• Previous experience of overseeing large scale implementations and upgrade projects in an end client setting.
• Strong language skills, German and English is a must.

You will be working between the support team (4 Members in German team) and the technical consultants and developers in order to manage and effectively maintain and upgrade the system, whilst centralizing everything and streamlining the system overall in BC.

The salary compensation for this role is somewhere between 120,000 and 150,000 euros, and the operate on a remote basis 90% of the time, with the occasional team meeting.
