The following responsibilities are awaiting you :

• You define, analyze, and achieve the annual distribution partner goals, including revenue, profit (EBITDA), and other key performance indicators.
• You develop strategies for market penetration and increasing market share in close collaboration with distribution partners.
• You lead, support, and continuously evaluate distribution partners through regular business review meetings.
• You define, implement, and regularly assess a regional and potentially cross-market distribution partner structure (e.g., Distribution Partner Hubs)
• You ensure the successful and efficient launch of new products and services in cooperation with distribution partners.
• You drive the development and positioning of the product portfolio as premium brands in target markets.
• You manage the marketing budget for distribution partners, ensuring effective and results-driven allocation across markets.
• You lead projects with external partners (e.g., agencies) to enter new markets and introduce new products.
• You serve as a key communicator and liaison between distribution partners and relevant Merz departments (e.g., Global Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing), as well as with Merz affiliates.
