Job Description

  • Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services- Responsibilities are within the Technical Customer Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, z.B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung von mehreren Jahren im Außendienst im Bereich Wartung und / oder Instandhaltung von Maschinen in der Lebensmittelbranche und routiniert im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Idealerweise SPS Grundkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch Grundkenntnisse
  • hohe Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge zu erklären
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 60.000 km p.a.)
  • Ihr Wohnsitz liegt idealerweise in Österreic
