We are currently looking for a dedicated Wholesale Operations Specialist (Online) (m / f / d) to join our team and support our digital team in inspiring customers for our HUGO and BOSS brands with passion and expertise.

What you can expect :

General : A true team player, responsible to ensure operational excellence for Europe's leading ecommerce partners together with an agile team, execution of aligned processes in close colaboration with internal and external counterparts. Problem solver attitude and interest in digital commerce and collaborative ways of working.
Stakeholder management : Close Collaboration with Digital Operations Manager to align and smoothen processes. Close alignment with Marketing and Logistics Counterparts to follow seasonal calendars. Close exchange with partner to align on workflows. Integration into Central Hub matrix organisation to ensure a joint approach across all departments.
Revenue driver : Support of quarterly sales campaigns; tracking of deliveries to ensure a smooth go-live of marketing campaigns, strengthen sell-through and guarantee partner satisfaction; order book management and end of season clearance
Error management : data management in SAP, data exchange via EDI, solving mis-matches and smoothen out errors together with internal and external stakeholders
Reports & analysis : Analytical mindset to track and update internal reportings; critical mindset questioning the status quo and improve processes where needed

Your profile :

Vocational Training. Knowledge and a understanding of omnichanel processes and 1-3 years work experience in merchandising or sales with a solid ability to provide strong analytical and conceptual analysis

Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint); eCommerce experience appreciated; oral and written communication in german and english; detail oriented / self-motivated / fashion, product & trend awareness.

You can score points with sound analytical and conceptual skills

You are fluent in English and German
