Tasks

Supervision and Implementation of Photovoltaic and BESS Construction Projects. Oversee photovoltaic and BESS projects from site setup to completion in collaboration with project management.

Coordination and Supervision of the Assembly Team. Direct and monitor the assembly team and on-site subcontractors.

Preparation of Status Reports. Generate daily and weekly status reports, update schedules, and ensure adherence to timelines.

Liaison with Project Stakeholders. Communicate and coordinate with all project stakeholders, including HSEQ representatives, local authorities, and grid operators (TSO / DSO) during construction meetings.

Risk Management. Analyze, control, and mitigate project risks.

Project Documentation. Maintain on-site project documentation.

Ensuring HSEQ Compliance. Ensure adherence to HSEQ standards and requirements.

Support for the Project Manager. Assist with change orders, schedule adjustments, and achieving construction milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Electrician or similar

Fluency in English and at least conversational proficiency in German, with a willingness to improve.

At least three years of experience in a comparable position in the solar industry, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, task complexity, and management performance.

Expertise in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), and environmental aspects.

EU Driver’s License
