Your Tasks

  • Support of our subsidiaries, distributors, clinics and patients worldwide
  • Technical support for and comprehensive knowledge of the middle ear implant (VIBRANT SOUNDBRIDGE) and the bone conduction solutions (BONEBRIDGE and ADHEAR)
  • Preparation and performance of trainings, webinars and other online activities (training organization, creating presentations, presenting in front of an audience)
  • Present our products at trainings on-site

Your Profile

  • Degree in a technical field or life sciences and / or relevant professional experience as well as an interest in medicine and audiology
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, German and other languages appreciated
  • Team player with highly motivated and independent approach, organisational skills as well as a cooperative personality
  • Technical understanding especially when it comes to online activities like training and remote support
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, driver’s license (B) required
