Hauptaufgaben

Direction of work. Assigns work to subordinates. Starts work and demonstrates proper work methods. Ensures that materials and tools are at work sites and that needed stock is obtained from supply. Checks proper and safe operation of equipment. Advises employees to follow instructions and to meet deadlines. Checks work in progress and upon completion for compliance with instructions and technical adequacy of work output. Provides information to supervisor on status of progress of work, causes of delays and problems. Individual non-supervisory work. Collaborates with fellow employees and establishes the tempo while carrying out non-supervisory tasks of a similar nature at the same level as the group, they lead. Performs a variety of incidental labor and service assignments as required. Personnel Management and Administration. a. Explains and demonstrates new techniques or methods to assure improved quality, quantity and economy. Requisitions and assures economical and correct use of supplies, tools and equipment. Provides information for time and attendance and incidental records as needed. Assures adherence to rules on housekeeping, fire and care of equipment. b. Observes worker performance and conducts on-the-job training for individual employees. Makes-informal appraisals of performance of subordinates. Reports results to supervisor. Maintains discipline and reports incidents to supervisor. Refers personnel problems and requests for leave to supervisor. Regularly operates and maintains a transport vehicle (requiring at least a Class III driver's license) for the execution of daily duties, in addition to basic duties. Provides support during on-call services as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifikationsanforderungen

A-2805-6 :

Completed vocational training in the appropriate trade PLUS 2 years experience at a level of difficulty comparable to the Wage Group 5 or equivalent. The applicant must be able to perform the duties independently.

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der entsprechenden Gewerbegruppe mit einer Ausbildungsdauer von mindestens 30 Monaten, PLUS 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohngruppe 5 oder in, vom Schwierigkeitsgrad vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten, welche selbständig ausgeübt wurden.

OR / ODER

8 years of specialized experience of which 3 years must have been performed at the wage group 5 or equivalent level.

8 Jahre einschlaegige Berufserfahrung von denen mindestens 3 Jahre in der Lohngruppe 5 oder vergleichbaren Taetigkeiten ausgeuebt wurden.

• Bewerber müssen den Führerschein Klasse B besitzen. / Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B.
• Bewerber müssen in der Lage sein einen Militär Führerschein zu erwerben und zu behalten. / Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a military driver's license.
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Büroanwenderprogrammen erforderlich. / Office automation skills are required
