Area of responsibilities :

• In this very trustworthy position, you will be entrusted with the ° support of all administrative, coordinating and organizational tasks
• Support the Senior Vice President commerce in his daily work
• Support the assistant team of our management with the office organization and take over holiday replacements
• Work closely with the commerce department and assist in special projects for the department
• Preparing for the meetings and ensuring appropriate follow-up
• Taking over the scheduling and maintenance of the calendar and prepare presentations
• Responsible for document management and meeting deadlines
