KGaA is seeking a highly motivated Specialist (all gender) in Process Analytical Technology to join our dynamic team with a permanent contract. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our innovative BEETROMETER® product, leveraging advanced NIRS applications to create value and drive new ideas. This job contract is based in our headquarter in Einbeck, Germany, but we are open to offer remote possibilities within Germany in alignment with the hiring manager.
As a Specialist (all gender) in Process Analytical Technology, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that monitor critical quality attributes and process parameters . Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancements . Responsibilities :
- Support Sugarbeet Business Ventures in providing service to customers within the scope of different NIRS applications (e.g. BEETROMETER).
- Contribute to the development, validation, and implementation of NIRS applications and PAT strategies to monitor critical quality attributes (CQAs) and critical process parameters (CPPs).
- Plan, conduct, analyze, and present results of trials for customer-specific Beetrometer® applications.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Analyze data from PAT tools to identify trends, optimize processes, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAT tools into existing processes and define process KPIs and success metrics.
- Provide training and support to staff and customers.
- Travel globally up to 35% of working time.
