      Management assistant for forwarding and logistics services (m / f / d)

      What you can expect :

    • Order and shipment processing on a national and international level
    • Creation of accompanying documents for goods, freight, and customs papers, and their monitoring
    • Preparation of delivery documents and invoices
    • Verification of shipping lists
    • Negotiation of freight prices and invoice control for
    • Complete export processing including export and customs matters, as well as handling the import of production units
    • Generation of reports and Intrastrat notifications
    • Point of contact for customs regarding export, AEO, import, and dangerous goods issues

      • What you bring with you :

    • Completed training as a specialist for forwarding and logistics management (m / f / d) or a comparable qualification
    • Professional experience in logistics, preferably in proximity to production within a manufacturing company
    • Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications
    • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
    • Teamwork, ability to work independently, reliability, and a motivated work approach complete your profile
