The OrderManagement Specialist is responsible for processing customer ordersefficiently while adhering to company policies and track ordersthrough delivery and resolve anyissues.

This position islocated in Dreieich, Germany and will be an on-siterole.

What youwill do :

We'reseeking a proactive and organized individual to take ownership ofour customer order process. You'll play a vital role in making sureour customers receive their orders accurately and ontime.

Your responsibilities will include managingorders from placement to delivery, proactively addressing anydelivery challenges, and contributing to making our deliveryprocess even moreefficient.

You'll alsoparticipate in brief daily team meetings to share updates and worktogether on ways to enhance our performance and customersatisfaction.

Whoyou are :

Acompleted "kaufmännische Berufsausbildung" provides a strongfoundation.
