Hanover, PA
80,000 - $160,000
Up to 4 weeks PTO, all standard holidays off, full benefits, flexible hours, bonus potential, 401k, paid gym, and long-term career development
Are you an Electrical Engineer ready to finally be rewarded for your experience - owning full-cycle projects, working with a world-class team, and shaping the future of advanced automation?
This is your chance to join a growing machinery manufacturer that builds everything in-house, ships to over 60 countries, and gives engineers the autonomy to make a real impact. You'll lead technically challenging, custom automation projects from initial design through to customer install - backed every step of the way by a collaborative, close-knit team.
You'll work flexibly on a 40-hour week - many engineers do 4x10s, others prefer early starts and traditional Mon-Fri. It's a culture built on trust, long-term progression, and proper engineering. There's even bonus potential for supporting customer-facing work.
If you're looking for long-term stability, technical freedom, and a company that backs its engineers - this is the career move you've been waiting for!
The Role
Design and troubleshoot electrical systems for custom automation equipment
Program and support PLCs, HMIs, and motion control applications
Collaborate with mechanical engineers, build teams, and customers
Own full project cycles - from concept to install
The Person
Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar
Experienced with Rockwell Studio 5000, ladder logic, and structured text
Strong background in motion control (servo systems) and machine safety
Confident working hands-on in a cross-functional engineering team
Open to occasional travel (up to 25%, domestic and international)
