YOU ACT
As a mechanical engineer you are contribute to the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment within our commercial demonstration plant. Key responsibilities include, among others :
- Lead the design and engineering of mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet the specific requirements and standards of the battery recycling processes at the commercial demonstration plant.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, EPC contractors, and equipment manufacturers, to integrate mechanical systems into the overall plant design and ensure seamless operation.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct detailed mechanical analyses and calculations to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and energy efficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and manuals, to support the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to operational and maintenance teams, supporting troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions for mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Engineering teams to support the development and implementation of new technologies and innovations in mechanical systems and equipment.
YOU KNOW
You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. A Ph.D. is advantageous but not required. We value :
