Tasks On-site process support for our CMO Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to optimize performance, quality, and yield Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new processes Train and mentor team members on best practices in process engineering and optimization Become the company expert for our manufacturing process at industrial scale and be integral part of our investment project Manage smaller investment projects in our production and at our CMO Ensure safety and compliance in projects, from facilitating governmental approvals to establishing post-construction maintenance plans and vendor standards.
