As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented (Senior) Account Executive to join our team and help drive our success to new heights. Aufgaben Acquisition : Build and scale our AI / Digital native and Enterprise customer base whilst securing new logos by demonstrating the value Qdrant can bring to them. Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospective customers to nurture and grow them by understanding their needs and translating them into value-adding engagements at all levels in the territory. GTM Strategy : Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for your territory and successfully execute against it to achieve significant growth Collaborate : Work with other teams such as Marketing, DevRel, and Product to share insights and refine offerings. Engage and Educate : Use your technical knowledge of Qdrant and tie it back to the value to the customer at the C-Suite and Engineering levels to prove Qdrant’s value from a business and technical perspective Achieve Goals : Meet sales targets and track performance metrics through metrics for success framework and key performance indicators Qualifikation 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying role with track record of overachievement through demand generation and intelligent territory management Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to a technical audience. Track record of acquiring new logos, ideally in the digital native / AI startup segment Strong technical background or experience in selling data infrastructure, ideally DB and Search technology . Experience in monetising open-source technology is a big plus. Independent and motivated by new challenges & comfortable with a fast growth environment.
