Your mission
- You’ll draw on your broad customer service experience, particularly in the technical and / or logistical domains, to head up our after-sales teams.
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction with our after-sales customer service and communication. To do this, you’ll oversee the after-sales service using our Salesforce CRM system.
- You’ll monitor the performance of internal and external partners using clearly defined KPIs and innovative reporting tools.
- You’ll identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase the effectiveness of after-sales management.
- You’ll play a key role in identifying, reviewing and appointing new service partners to continuously improve service quality.
- Together with your teams, you’ll identify the needs of individual customers and determine how to deliver optimal support.
- You’ll coordinate collaboration with other departments and ensure smooth communication with all relevant interfaces.
- You’ll be a constant point of contact, advice and support for your colleagues.
