Your tasks
Day-to-day management of the SAP Competence Center Functional
Ensure Customizing of ERP systems is according to business needs and existing policies
Recommend solutions to identified problems
Identify system changes and discuss necessary changes with the ERP implementation partner
Organize ERP users support
Responsible to meet defined support quality
Coordinate 3rd level support provided by the ERP implementation partner
Your profile
Multiple years practical professional experience with ERP systems in international environment
Know How in ERP Environments (preferably in SAP S / 4HANA)
Know How in SAP S / 4, SAP ECC or other ERP systems
Strong leadership and excellent communication experience
English and German proficiency
