Discover your exciting role

As an ERP Senior Specialist, you will drive the rollout of ERP system (SAP S4Hana) across diverse regions, ensuring consistent and effective project delivery that aligns with corporate standards. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing robust processes and systems that support our global project teams, shaping the future of ERP solutions at Exyte.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Coordinate the ERP rollout process, ensuring efficient implementation, team alignment, and ongoing support for project teams.

Apply corporate best practices at each project stage, maintaining compliance with established standards to achieve consistent project outcomes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues, providing on-site problem-solving and ensuring smooth project operations.

Oversee system migration activities, including the integration of corporate tools and interfaces (e.g., P6, MMS), and manage third-party integrations (Ariba, eTimesheet, TMS) to meet project requirements.

Organize and lead user testing and training sessions, delivering first-level support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure effective onboarding.

Show your expertise

Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Project Management (PMP certification preferred).

1-2 years in process management, with hands-on ERP system implementation.

Proficiency in S4 Hana or equivalent ERP systems.

Fluent in English.

Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a thorough understanding of commercial processes and tools.
