• Pull out all the stops : In close coordination with the specialist departments, you implement modern recruiting strategies for filling vacancies as well as employer branding measures
• You ensure that recruiting is tailored to needs and requirements and support the departments in the personnel planning process
• Setting the course for the future : You plan and implement exciting HR projects, e.g. for digitization and optimization of our HR processes, and accompany change processes
• As a valued contact person (m / f / d), you advise our managers and employees on all topics relating to human resources management – also at an international level
• You design tailor-made personnel development measures with a view to the future and in line with the company culture and company goals
• You will be responsible for looking after a defined group of employees, dealing with employment law issues and providing advice on all employment and social security law issues
• To successfully carry out your activities, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders
