About the Role :

To support our continued growth, we are looking to hire a Business Developer Representative responsible for leading the commercial internationalization of AV Drop in Germany. We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial person with +5 years of experience in the Events Industry (Audiovisual, Decoration, Project Manager in event organization, etc.) and deep knowledge of the German market. Based in Germany, the Business Developer’s main tasks will be to introduce our product to different potential customers such as, but not limited to : Audiovisual and Decoration Companies, Event Services Agencies and Event Venues and to create a distribution network throughout the country.

Experience / Requirements :

• Background : +5 years of experience in the Events Industry - Audiovisual, Event Decoration, Event Organization. (conventions, conferences, public events, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of the Events market in Germany and its main players. (Audiovisual and Decoration Companies, Event Agencies, Venues, etc.)
• Basic technical knowledge :   Video Visualization (projectors, projection screens, LED screens, video signage), Event Lighting, Event Decoration. (fabrics, prints, ephemeral architecture)
• Commercial skills, teamwork and independent work, proactivity and ability to create a medium and long term business plan.
• Native-level German skills required and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to travel throughout the German territory. (expenses covered by the company)
