Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for a dedicated and well-organized Event Manager with a passion for esports and gaming to help execute top-tier events in Germany. In this role you will independently plan and manage your own events while supporting the Senior Event Manager on larger-scale projects. You bring initial experience in executing complex events enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth on-site operations. This position is based on-site at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.

Key Responsibilities :

Contribute to the development of creative event concepts and implementation plans

Independently manage small to mid-sized events

Assist in planning and coordinating larger event formats

Coordinate with service providers suppliers and internal departments

Support on-site coordination and event execution

Contribute to post-event evaluations and feedback analysis

Assist with the preparation of budgets schedules and internal briefings

Work closely with other internal stakeholders

Your profile

Required :

24 years of experience in event management ideally with independent project experience

Degree or vocational training in event management

Professional experience in the gaming or esports industry

Strong organizational skills structured work approach and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in interdisciplinary teams

Proficiency in both German and English written and spoken

Preferred :

Personal passion for gaming and esports beyond professional experience

Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Confluence

Experience collaborating with agencies or media production teams
