Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. Position(s) will be based at global Army training site in Hohenfels, Germany. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the housekeeping, custodial services, rodent control, and grounds maintenance for all program-occupied facilities located on USG installations required for TADSS and range maintenance.
• Monitors and controls the maintenance of the on base facilities across the program.
• Advises the Facilities Manager of the on base facilities maintenance status across the program, any potential issues, and possible solutions.
• Advises the Facilities Manager on matters related to access and / or keys required for on base facilities.
• Advises the Facilities Manager regarding the implementation of any required vendor agreements with outside agencies employed to provide facilities maintenance services.
• Coordinates with Site Leads and the program IT team to ensure adequate telecommunications services are available through the installation DOIM or commercial sources.
