About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist (m / f / d), you will be part of with the MML Marketing team as well as with Corporate team and provides marketing support to the group by organizing marketing activities, communications, and events regionally.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of external events including customer, technology and trade shows, conferences, customer’s visits, etc. Includes display properties, presentation, materials, etc.
• Develop product marketing content (messaging, videos, presentations).
• Evaluate and implement creative and innovative methods of presenting Magna and its portfolio to its customers and public audiences considering keyword strategy and external comprehensibility.
• Promote and further develop the professional global image of company, by supporting global marketing and communication initiatives.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and budgeting of various events for Europe. Such events should be managed from initial kick-off to execution and post reporting.
• Liaise with internal and external teams and vendors to ensure the highest level of quality and effectiveness is achieved throughout all event-related activities,
• Under the guidance of marketing management, creates, coordinates, and provides input to internal and external sales & marketing presentation.
• Interacts with the marketing team to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the communication / message (advertising, web site, technology shows, etc.) that is consistent with group identity.
