You’re passionate about events, but your superpower lies in destination / venue sourcing and logistics . You know how to dig deep, get creative, and deliver proposals that impress. You understand the RFP process inside and out—from dissecting a brief to submitting a spot-on response, and you can wow clients with creative venue options and solid execution. You’re a detail-lover, a multitasker, a deadline-hitter. You can juggle priorities like a pro and collaborate like a dream.

What you’ll be doing

• Join client / internal briefings to understand goals and expectations
• Own the end-to-end venue sourcing process, from research to pitch
• Lead and manage venue RFPs : requirements, communication, comparison
• Create creative, tailored proposals with clear budgets and storytelling
• Negotiate with suppliers and present solutions internally and externally
