  • Job Description
  • During your internship, you will become part of our team and actively support internal events.
  • You will contribute to the design and implementation of communication activities.
  • Furthermore, you will also be involved in briefing, coordinating and managing agencies and service providers, as well as coordinating with various departments and countries within the Group (Marketing, Sales, Product Management).
  • Finally, you will participate in the preparation and follow-up of coordination meetings, the creation of KPI reports to measure success, and the preparation of presentations for management and decision-making bodies.
  • Qualifications
  • Education :
  • studies in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Media Design or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge :
  • confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); strong Adobe skills (Photoshop, InDesign) desirable; experience in project management, event management or communications is an advantage
  • Personality and Working Practice :
  • a communicative, committed, independent, structured and responsible person who is able to work under pressure
  • Languages :
  • business fluent in written and spoken English
