The Role : Executive Assistant & Office Manager
As our Executive Assistant & Office Manager your mission is to create a wellorganized efficient and supportive environment that allows our CEO and team to focus on what matters most : transforming the chemicalpharmaceutical industry. Youll be the reliable point of contact for daily operations ensuring everything runs smoothly anticipating needs and helping the team stay one step ahead. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be essential in driving our shared vision of a greener more sustainable future & responsibilities.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide daily support to our CEO by managing her calendar arranging travels and handling other administrative tasks.
- Plan schedule and coordinate team meetings and events ensuring everything is wellprepared.
- Track office inventory maintain equipment ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot when necessary.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure they are distributed to the relevant parties.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing communication including emails and physical mail.
- Engage with customers and investors address their concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Take ownership of administrative processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Play a role in building and nurturing a highperforming team by participating in onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees by setting up laptops and training new employees on new tools
