We are looking for a motivated Executive Leadership Team Assistant (m / f / d) part-time
to join our CWS Hygiene team at our Dreieich location.
Your mission as an Executive Leadership Team Assistant (m / f / d) - part-time
As a key support to our CIO and the Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by proactively managing schedules, meetings, travel, and internal processes. You will handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and help drive the success of strategic initiatives.
What else will you be doing as an Executive Leadership Team Assistant (m / f / d) - part-time
Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the CIO and the Executive Leadership Team
Manage and prioritize the CIO’s calendar, travel, and meeting coordination across multiple countries
Prepare and follow up on high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and decision templates
Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives in collaboration with IT leadership and cross-functional teams
Act as a communication liaison for internal and external stakeholders in English and German
Organize, document, and track Executive Leadership Team meetings, workshops, and events
Support budget tracking, procurement, vendor communications, and internal business processes
Onboard new team members and contractors, ensuring smooth integration
Independently manage smaller projects and monitor the timely completion of departmental deliverables

A completed commercial education, a degree in business studies, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of experience supporting C-level executives in administrative roles, ideally within a corporate or technology-driven environment
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize independently and work with minimal supervision
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into action
A reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven work style, combined with a high level of commitment, flexibility, and professionalism
