About the Role : KUMMUNI is seeking a skilled Facility Management Specialist to support the maintenance and upkeep of our properties. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including minor repairs, painting, and furniture setup. You’ll ensure our properties are well-maintained, functioning smoothly, and provide a comfortable living environment for tenants. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in facility management, who is physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities : Perform general maintenance and janitorial duties.Handle painting, renovation, and assist with interior design tasks.Conduct minor repairs in electrical and plumbing systems.Carry out drilling and handyman tasks.Assemble and disassemble light furniture.Move items like furniture and appliances.Replace locks as needed.Required Skills / Qualifications : Experience in handyman or technical roles.Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory).Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.Ability to work well with diverse teams and open to different cultures.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Language Requirements : Fluency in German (Conversational) is required, with basic knowledge of English being an advantage.Key Requirements : Physically fit and able to handle tasks involving heavy lifting.Strong multitasking abilities and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
