We are looking for a colleague to join our team to manage and support the financial real estate processes and foster documentation requirements across the entire section.
Reporting to the Global Head of Facility Management, you will have proven track record of experience in process analysis, real estate management and building administration.
A special focus on regulations in the financial industries will be requested. The focus of your tasks will be to continuously develop facility management-related concepts and processes, improve the reporting and documentation and ensure that our processes meet current compliance requirements.
- Ongoing optimization of facility management processes, creation of concepts and maintenance of process documentation and manuals
- Real estate management from a financial perspective
- Implementation of standards and guidelines of regulatory requirements and requirements from internal and external audits (also in the form of projects)
- Develop and maintain reporting for compliance and financial regulation
- Support internal and external audits and manage resolution of findings
- Anticipate internal customer needs and expectations
- You have relevant work experience (at least 5 years) in property / building management
- You have a bachelor degree related to the built environment or business administration
- You have a excellent understanding of the needs of the financial sector
- You have Project Management skills
- Your are self-motivated, resilient, flexible and adaptable approach
- You have good organization skills, with attention to details
- You are a effective communicator with fluency in English and German
