Location : Stockstadt (Germany)
We are currently looking for new talents to join our exciting team at Hitachi Construction Machinery – in our German Office in Stockstadt.
The goal of the role is to support our Hitachi dealer network in Germany, allowing them to give an excellent support for our products to our end customers. Training them, and together implementing new programs initiated by our European Headquarters.
What will be your responsibilities :
Technical support dedicated to Hitachi dealers.
Identifying machines’ defects together with the Hitachi dealer and finding the cause.
Determining what immediate action is requested.
Advisory regarding tools used in finding the root cause of technical issues.
Together with Product Specialist – providing and tailoring technical trainings for dealers and mechanics.
Managing portfolio of all the company’s products and parts.
The role includes frequent business trips within Germany, to Amsterdam office, Poland and Austria to visit dealers.
What you will need to succeed :
Experience in a similar role, preferably in construction machinery or automotive industry.
Technical educational background.
Proficient English, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient German, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical and analytical skills, experience in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to construction machinery.
Customer service orientation.
