Responsibilities

You will support the Controlling Team in Germany and Penang and will be directly involved in the day-to-day operations :

• Data Management & Reporting : Consolidate and prepare financial data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and improved data flows. Support business‑wide reporting and take ownership of selected areas of the monthly financial close.
• Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop and analyze operating‑cost plans, forecasts, budgets, and profitability models for customer and R&D projects. Prepare solid business cases, challenge assumptions, and generate insights to support strategic decisions.
• Business Partnering : Act as a finance partner for teams across Germany and Penang, gradually assuming responsibility for local financial support and providing reliable guidance to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to process enhancements, data quality improvements, and more efficient reporting and analysis practices.
