Foster a problem-solving culture in line with the Deublin Performance System.Digitalization and Automation : Implement smart manufacturing solutions, leverage automation and data analytics to enhance efficiency, quality, and transparency in production processes.Market Share Expansion : Expand the business beyond the established market presence by fostering new collaborations with OEMs and by developing and implementing an ambitious aftermarket strategy. Increase market share by utilizing our full product range across premium and mid-market segments.Innovation : Drive the transformation towards an agile organization through customer-focused innovation.Leadership : Lead all local functions, including Sales, Operations, Quality, People & Culture, and Finance.
