We are currently looking for :

Financial Assistant  (M / F / D)

Main tasks :

• Monitoring and checking delivery notes :   checking the weekly ticket purchase files,  Checking and reconciling expenditure with information recorded in MIPS,  Request clarification from assistants in the event of significant discrepancies)
• Management of external missions :   Prepares invoicing files and collects supporting documents, Coordinates with assistants to validate expenses, Transmits documents to the finance department for payment processing.
• Updating financial databases ;  Entering mission data into monitoring databases, Preparation of reports to ensure the accuracy of budget commitments, Monitoring cancelled missions and associated reimbursements)
• Monitoring reimbursements of mission expenses :  Prepares supporting documents for reimbursement of expenses, Checks the settlements made and adjusts files accordingly, Follows up any problems relating to payments.
