Our Economic & Financial Consulting team in Germany currently operates from offices in Munich, Frankfurt, and London.

We are seeking a Consultant (m / f / d) for our team at the Munich or Frankfurt am Main locations to support the German Market, Economic Financial Consulting .

What We Do

Some examples of our recent projects include :

• Damage assessment following an M&A transaction : After a company acquisition valued at several billion euros, we were engaged as independent experts to assess the damage associated with various warranty breaches. Our work required complex analyses of accounting errors made by the buyer and the resulting economic damages suffered by the purchaser. The dispute unfolded before multiple international arbitration tribunals and various civil courts simultaneously.
• Damage assessment related to the delivery of defective components in the automotive industry : In the context of an international arbitration, we were hired by an automotive company to assess damages. Our client suffered significant losses due to defective components delivered by a supplier. Our task included assessing lost profits and additional losses.
• Quantifying the economic impact of regulatory changes in the solar power industry : We were engaged by a group of investors in solar power plants to analyse the economic impact of regulatory changes in the solar power industry and to quantify the effects of the reforms on the value of their investments in the solar installations.
