The Project Director is acting as entrepreneur in large automotive projects. The accountability starts with the acquisition phase and concludes with end of production.

Heading a large project team within Electrification (High Voltage Box), which includes all disciplines required for a professional project execution.

• Responsiblity for the overall project success in terms of quality, timing and profitability in an innovative and challenging project environment.
• Your success in the project execution is strongly supported by dedicated accountabilities of the disciplines, which are allocated to your project organization.
• A high team spirit and the flexibility of a matrix organization enables you to optimize and adjust the required team and competence structure continuously.
• Active competence management, training opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives are part of our project culture as well.
• Identification of business opportunities and leading your quote team during the acquisition phase.
• Definition of the project objectives, planning the project and setting-up the organization.
• Project execution will be guided by a well-established product life cycle process, where compliance needs to be ensured.
• You are confident in applying established project management techniques to lead and steer the project accordingly throughout all product development phases.
