To enhance our Post-Sales Department, we are seeking a Credit Officer – Distressed Loans (m / w / d) at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities

You will..

• work with your colleagues to ensure the smooth and timely processing and management of garnishment and transfer resolutions in our system
• independently handle the restructuring of checking accounts in the area of garnishment protection accounts
• oversee the dunning process and manage account closures for overdue checking accounts
• process insolvency notifications in customer accounts
• assist the Distressed Loans team with general inquiries and customer correspondence
• serve as the point of contact for customers and colleagues in our branches regarding distressed loan processing
