The Medtech Germany Finance team is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our growing team.

This is a unique chance to be part of a global leader in the medical technology industry while actively contributing to the success of our Business Unit Finance team in Germany and providing strategic support across key commercial functions. In this role, you will play a key part in deploying our 3-tier Finance operating model, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as SAP S / 4HANA and PowerBI.

• Provide valuable financial insights and analyses to support decision-making and drive business success within Medtech.
• Work closely with the BUF team and business partners to assist with business planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and present detailed reports, highlighting key financial trends and explaining variances to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GS Prague and the FP&A CoE Finance teams, to ensure smooth month-end closing and planning cycles.
• Take the lead in identifying and implementing process improvements, leveraging innovative technologies to streamline finance and business operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a strong internal control environment to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Build and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Take on ad hoc tasks and financial analyses, making meaningful contributions across various business functions. Personal Skills & Attributes :
• Strong analytical abilities with a proactive, customer-oriented approach and the ability to partner effectively with business teams.
• High affinity for systems and advanced MS Excel skills; experience with SAP and PowerBI is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
