About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Controller to act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager, ensuring efficient financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support. This role offers high flexibility , a strong employee-friendly culture , and a direct impact on business growth and strategy.
Responsibilities
1) Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and maintain controlling tools and financial processes.
- Conduct regular reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis .
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Professional Experience
Minimum 4 years in controlling , ideally in a senior or leadership role .
Technical Skills
SQL & Power BI : Must-have for data analysis & reporting .
Financial Analysis & Forecasting : Strong analytical skills with a structured working style .
Languages
German : Fluent (Minimum C1 level mandatory ).
English : Preferred but not mandatory .
Education
University degree preferred , but not required if the candidate has significant relevant experience .
Stable career history – No frequent job changes.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in the IT & Communication Technology industry .
Familiarity with medium-sized enterprises (Mittelstand) .
Understanding of financial analysis in Sales & Marketing .
