Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently the three product areas of video systems access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated crossdivisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

• International and interdisciplinary cooperation : As IT Controller you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
• In your position you will contribute to the creation of a concept for the calculation and allocation of IT costs for the entire Keenfinity Group in cooperation with Corporate Controlling and in coordination with the CFO.
• Ability to optimise IT costs and effectively manage costs across projects and IT operations.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling IT budgets expenditure and financial performance to include financial forecasting variance analysis and the preparation of financial reports.
• You ensure that IT operations comply with laws regulations and internal guidelines.
• You will be in charge of identifying and managing ITrelated risks for the organisation.
• You are involved in developing and monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and tracking the business cases of IT projects (evaluation of project results).
• You track and optimise the use of IT resources to maximise efficiency and costeffectiveness.
• Last but not least you will be accountable for analysing and interpreting to produce regular reports and analyses on IT performance expenditure and compliance.
