Youll handle event coordination preparing materials for executive meetings and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Tasks

• Keep the company running :
• Manage office operations maintenance events and logistics to ensure a smooth wellequipped and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors
• Make sure we stay compliant with data privacy and protection policies
• Shape our ESG reporting by helping us measure and improve our environmental impact
• Prep CEOinvolved meeting materials slides newsletters and key updates that keep everything on point
• Moderate meetings and workshops
• Take care of travel arrangements for our CEO and team members so their business trips go off without a hitch
• Support management and the team with admin tasks
• Assist with HR processes and help navigate regulatory matters
