YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You are responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services to ensure operational efficiency
  • You create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions
  • You work on optimizing procurement processes to achieve cost savings and improve overall performance
  • You handle the administration of purchase orders and contracts ensuring compliance with SIXT policies
  • You collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • You bring a proven track record in operational procurement demonstrating your ability to manage complex procurement processes effectively
  • You are proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems ensuring efficient and accurate management of purchase orders and contracts
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills enabling you to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • You are highly organized and detailoriented capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • You are fluent in French and have strong English language skills both written and verbal with additional language skills being a plus for working in our international environment
  • You are driven by a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to contribute to SIXTs success through innovative procurement strategies

With a lot of creativity and expertise we manage the balancing act every day between the specifications of the internal quality requirements and the premium focus of SIXT. This includes Fleet Purchase (national and international) as well as Strategic and Operational Procurement teams. They not only focus on the strategic mission of the company but also on complex quality requirements and a competitive cost structure.
