The Supply Planning Manager, Food & Beverage isresponsible for ensuring effective and efficient management,integration and continuous improvement of Supply Chain managementprocesses and technologies from vendors through to customers andjoint venture partners.

Thisposition reports to the Senior Leader PSI & Business Analyticsand is part of the Integrated Supply Chain Function located in BadKreuznach, Germany and will be an on-siterole.

In this role,you will have the opportunity to :

Owns and maintainsthe weekly / monthly Supply plan for the entire business unit andreconciles against the demand plan to highlight any gaps or majorchanges.

Collatesinformation and hosts / facilitates monthly Business Unit Level PSIReview (Month 2 to Month 18) with the BU GM and all keystakeholders.

Responsiblefor maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet demandexpectations, minimizing stock-outs whilst ensuring inventory isturning at targeted levels. Develop tools to predict future risks,increase accuracy in supply planning and provide insight forexecutive decisionmaking.

Collaborate withdemand planning to develop strategic regional allocations, supplycommitments and plan for the operational horizon (2-18months)

Partners with keyfactories and sourcing leaders to ensure long term supply ofcritical raw materials based on latest Finished good demand plans.Partners with sourcing team to escalate supply shortages toexecutive management to minimize disruptions to supplycontinuity.

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

Bachelor’sDegree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevantfield

Minimum 5 years ofexperience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning forprocurement in an international manufacturing and supply chainenvironment.

Minimum 3 yearsof experience using continuous improvement tools and methodologiesto include leanconversions.

Mustpossess strong reading and writing skills inEnglish.

Travel,Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / EnvironmentRequirements :

Abilityto travel regionally and internationally 25% of thetime

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

Certifiedin Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, or similar.  Anexperienced understanding of the RCCA (Root Cause CorrectiveActions) and Counter Measures (CM) processes and Action Planimplementation.

Haveprevious experience using an Advanced Planning System(APS)
